Functional Fitness: Milford

Join certified fitness professional Jennifer Cobb for an introduction to Functional Fitness.
Functional fitness is designed to help you live independently longer. Learn how to maintain your mobility, prevent falls, increase strength and enhance your well-being.
Open to all fitness levels, this introductory class will be chair-based, and teach you some of the basics of warm-up, strength building, cool down and flexibility.
