Library cards are free to anyone who lives, works or attends school in Prince Edward County and can be used at any branch. You can register at any branch or online here.

Bring identification showing your current address to any branch of the County of Prince Edward Public Library. 

Seasonal library membership for individuals residing temporarily in Prince Edward County is available for $10. Identification with both the temporary address and the individual's permanent address is required.
