Get a Library Card

County of Prince Edward Public Library memberships are free if you live, work, or play in Prince Edward
County, Ontario, Canada.

If you would like a card, please fill out this form completely and click submit. We will then mail a card to your home address. It should arrive within a week. If it does not, please give us a call at (613) 476-5962.

You may also bring identification showing your current address to any branch of the County of Prince Edward Public Library.
