Hello folks,
The stars, sun and moon are in alignment for The Friends of the Picton Library 22nd Annual Quality Book Sale. Saturday, September 8, 2018, from 10:00am to 2:00pm. You can bet your stars we will have some great books at prices that are out of this world!
The sale is to raise funds for ‘Time to Renew’ the library expansion project. Donations of gently used hard cover, paper back, fiction and non-fiction books, may be dropped off at the Library [front desk] on or before Thursday, September 6, 2018.
Please do not include manuals, text books or Reader’s Digest Condensed books. Magazines, in bundles, will be accepted.
Over the past few years, with the help of folks like you, we have raised more than $18,000.00, through the sale of books alone.
Please come out and support this endeavor. Please do not hesitate to forward this notice to all of your friends.
If you have some time to spare, we could always use some help, especially at set up from 930 -1100.
